The EH-Identifier is the world’s leading handheld Raman spectrometer that detects and identifies, with laboratory-grade quality, contraband substances. With the improved wavelength of 1064nm, the EH-Identifier gives spectra that are not affected by fluorescence, providing more accurate results than products using 785nm. This also helps to detect substances through translucent packaging.
Advanced functionalities and ergonomic design
The EH-Identifier possesses advanced functionalities compared to other handheld Raman products on the market including detection and analysis time of just under a minute, compact and ergonomic size and weight and ruggedization of IP68 and shock-proof MIL-STD-810G. The EH-Identifier took inspiration from the design of a smart phone, with easy-to-use touchscreen and physical buttons to be as user-friendly as possible. Such design has been proven to be suitable and effective for on-site field detection, where quick result and ease of use are prioritized.

The EH-Identifier can identify more than 4,500 substances including: narcotics, precursors, explosives, cutting agents, pharmaceutical drugs, chemical warfare agents, industrial chemicals, household chemicals and other chemicals. They are up-to-date and The EH-Identifier includes mixture analysis to identify dangerous and illicit substances in real world samples. In addition, users can add chemicals to its library as well as purchase customisable libraries to suit their needs.
